- I know what you're thinking. You want to give Rafe money. It's been so long since you've been able to give him some money at a concert, and with Rafe living in Europe, the physical distance between you and him makes the idea of handing over some cash seem impossible. Sure, you could buy a plane ticket and fly for 20 hours to the closest international airport (Vienna) and deliver 10 bucks in person...but with the quality of aeroplane food, the threat of giant rats and the constant struggle to put the kids to bed, who has the time?
