Ayria I'm leaving Germany in the morning and getting emotional about it and everything great that's happened this past year. The red wine MIGHT be a bit of a catalyst ;) I believe people come into your life for a reason but figuring out why and how to hold on is the hard part. So I’ll say good bye & thank you Europe. I will ...miss you and hope to see you again soon… Look out Toronto ;P
Ayria Back in Mainz, Germany for the final few nights in Europe. I'm going to miss it here! I'm sorting out the end of tour business and preparing my synth, merch and gear for flight. Flying back to Toronto on January 5th. The first thing I want to do is get a massage!!
Ayria Just finished the last show of the tour in Regensburg! What a great way to wrap up 2009. I have to be honest, I AM looking forward to getting a bit of a rest ;) If I don't get interwebz tomorrow, HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!
Ayria I've had too many cappuccinos! Running laps around the backstage and tap dancing. Yep. I'm being ridiculous and hyper and it's fun! ;) Anyways.. we left Bavaria this morning (had tons of fun storming the castle) and just played Bruchsal, Germany. Only 2 more shows to go! Tomorrow we are in Dortmund.

December 22nd, in Hannover Germany. The Cruxshadows Dancers crash the stage (again) in their cute Santa costumes during the opening song of my set "Bad List"! ;)
Ayria I had a really great time in Hamburg today. The show rocked and I really like this city. Now, I'm on "vacation" for 4 days in Bavaria. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas! The shows resume on December 28th in Bruchsal, Dortmund and Regensburg! xoxoxo
Ayria In Hannover tonight. The past three shows were great but I haven't had internet until now to post about them. Berlin last night was lots of fun.. Ah the K17 ;) Two more shows until Christmas!!
Ayria Last day off before Christmas. Next 5 days of German shows: Leipzig, Erfurt, Berlin, Hannover, Hamburg and then Christmas in Bavaria! It's bittersweet since I won't be with family & friends for the holidays but sometimes sacrifices must be made to be able to do what you love.. Bavaria seems like a good "sacrifice" ;)
Ayria Back in Germany! Wow, I've said that 3 times on this tour! I'm Backstage after our show in Aachen. We do not play the Duisburg show tomorrow but I'll be hanging out there. Next show on the 19th in Leipzig. I've decided Switzerland is the most beautiful place on earth.. well maybe it's a tie with Edinburgh. Hmm..
Ayria Tonight's show is in Zurich, Switzerland. The drive from Milan through the Swiss Alps today was absolutely breathtaking. Seriously. Heading back North now means there's snow! Aachen Germany tomorrow.

The Belgian Alfa Matrix label (home to Front 242, Ayria, Leaether Strip, ...) has been chosen to release the newest album by Nitzer Ebb, 'Industrial Complex', for Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Italy and Luxemburg (in collaboration with Major Records).
Ayria In Rome! About to sound check. Yesterday we had a day off in Venice and I had the perfect Italian experience: cappuccino, spaghetti, Italian red wine, gelato, and a romantic gondola ride.. with 11 people ;) Yay for tour life!

Ayria Back in Germany! I'm in Mainz enjoying a home cooked meal and finally getting to do my laundry. I loved the UK so much. The London show completely rocked and I was completely overwhelmed by the fans who made me feel like a total rock star last night ;) Sleepy time soon...
